Experience : Job Responsibilities: - Manage store operations independently - Handle Dispatch - Follow up with vendor for local purchase items and control costs - Maintain stock of standard items - Conduct quarterly stock counting - Implement procedures as per ISO standard - Make monthly stock statement to bank - Implement new technologies like bar coding / ERP in stores department - Guide and mentor team members and helpers Candidate must have led a team of at least 4-5 members

Experience : 1 Planning - Develop weekly / daily plan for machine shop (conventional and CNC) based on monthly planning 2 Check for material requirement and coordinate with stores / purchase for the same 3 CNC shop - Set daily production target for CNC shop 4 Train workers for achieving the same 5 Operate CNC machine when required 6 Process improvement - Identify critical areas for measurement 8 Implement improvement initiatives and share the results / feedback 9 Dispatches - Create weekly dispatch
